VitaPops, the Vitamin C that Rocks!

The delivery man came knocking on our door the other day. The VitaPops I've been waiting for had finally arrived at our home! I was very excited to try this product out because my kids love vitamins. They literally fall in line every time we announce it's time to take their vitamins. I wanted them to try VitaPops because I know they would love this Vitamin C which comes in pop rock format.

VitaPops is the newest Vitamin C offered in the market. What's great about this vitamins is that kids will love it because it fizzles and pop inside the mouth. I didn't even tell my kids that VitaPops is Vitamins C, but of course, my eldest can read and realized it soon enough. He was very much surprised and said, "Really, mama, that's vitamins? Cool!" (You can translate that in Tagalog if you want, LOL!)  The kids wanted more so I told them that I will ask their father to buy more for them. They can have two a day. Each sachet cost P10.
The kids' verdict? Thumbs up.

Each sachet contains 50mg of Vitamin C as sodium ascorbate, making it non-acidic and contains only 1/5 the amount of sugar found in regular Vitamin C. Kids can consume it even on an empty stomach and make it part of their regular snacks since it's almost like candy.

Thanks to Unilab for another great product that kids will enjoy!

The 33rd Manila International Book Fair

It's the time of the year again when book lovers become giddy and dizzy with anticipation and excitement. The Manila International Book Fair would be held this week, September 12-16, at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia.

My kids are excited. And I'm so glad they are. Basti had been saving up and cutting down on buying junk foods so he could buy loads of comic books and the two younger ones are excited to get new Tagalog books. My kids have been gifted a set of Tagalog books mostly from Adarna Publishing House and we had rediscovered the love for reading just after Typhoon Habagat. Just in time for the MIBF!

Last year, we had a blast. We'll be going on the weekend just like last year. We wanted to go on a weekday to avoid the crowd, but hubby has to go to the office and the kids have to go to school.

Click on this photo to know more about the 33rd Manila International Book Fair.

See you there! Come early to avoid the crowd and to be able to go through each and every exhibitor's booth at leisure. And bring enough cash or what have you to be able to buy your favorite books because I'm pretty sure you'll go over budget especially those of you who go on a trance with the smell of books. This is a great time also to shop for Christmas gifts for a lower price.

And by the way, you can snag free tickets at the Adarna House. Just download and print at the site, http://adarna.com.ph
